The Dell Security & Resiliency organization (SRO) manages cybersecurity, physical, product security and resiliency risk across all aspects of Dell's business.

You will:

  • Actively build and strengthen relationships with stakeholders and be a key contributor towards the vision and success of Third Party Risk Management
  • Provide expertise to senior leaders and crossfunctional teams across Dell to help assess, manage and prioritize supplier risks, and deliver valuebased risk guidance tailored to business needs
  • Drive implementation of consistent supplier risk management through governance, consulting, and oversight
  • Meaningfully contribute to the design and implementation of third party risk operating models; identify, evaluate and provide solutions to evaluate complex risk scenarios
  • Create transparency for top supplier risk themes through metrics and reporting; make meaningful recommendations to influence strategic direction based on trending data and threat intelligence
Essential Requirements
years of full-time relevant experience with Third Party Security and / or Third Party Risk Management

  • Experience working with NIST 80053, or NIST and NIST Cybersecurity Framework or ISO 2700
  • Demonstrated comfort with ambiguity, and ability to produce results even with incomplete information
  • Skill in collecting and analyzing complex data, evaluating information and systems, and drawing logical conclusions
  • Demonstrated meaningful contribution or leadership of process improvement initiatives
  • Verifiable experience in influencing a broad spectrum of stakeholders toward achieving goals
Desirable Requirements

  • Experience with GRC and reporting tools
  • Industry certifications such as: CRISC, CISSP, CISA, CISM, CGEIT
  • Documented knowledge of or "hands on" experience working with generally accepted IT audit standards, statements and practices, IT, security and control practices, and risk management concepts
  • Detailed understanding of regulatory/compliance requirements
