Senior Advisor - Security Technical Program Manager
The Dell Security & Resiliency organization (SRO) manages the security risk across all aspects of Dell's business. We are currently experiencing incredible growth in order to meet the security needs of the world's largest technology company.

What you'll achieve

You will:

  • Assess Asaservice, Telecom, Edge, Security and Support offers early in the Offer Lifecycle Process (OLP) to determine their security complexity and help prioritize security, resiliency, and privacy engagement in high risk offers,
  • Drive and facilitate the appropriate security assessment, consultation, and delivery team support to offer design and development during the appropriate phases of OLP,
  • Assist Product and Application Security and Cybersecurity Consulting teams to identify the baseline security and resiliency requirements that must be met by service and support offers prior to offer release, facilitate the appropriate security architecture or consulting resources to ideate security solutions to address compliance risks, and escalate risks to business and security executives.

Here's what we are looking for with this role:

Essential Requirements

  • Technical program and project management experience focused around Security, Resiliency and Compliance at a large company
  • Demonstrated experience building security requirements into customer facing offers and services
  • Experience identifying, tracking, communicating, and when needed escalating and governing project security risks
  • A customer (internal and external) focus with a fierce dedication to enabling cyber hygiene

Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in management of information systems, Computer Studies, Information Science, Engineering, or related technical field of study preferred.

  • CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CISA, Security+ or similar security focused certification
