VeneCenca In-Market Supply Chain Planner que estará localizada en
Ciudad de Panamá.



Propósito:

  • Para Janssen Colombia, Perú y Ecuador: Soporte a la Gerencia de Planeación de la Demanda y Suministro en la implementación, estandarización y aplicación de los procesos, procedimientos y políticas de planeación de la demanda y operaciones; siguiendo los alineamientos del negocio local, regional y corporativo en areas de la optimización del servicio al cliente.
  • Adicional, desde el punto de vista estratégico capturar las oportunidades de negocio y asegurar que se traigan las mejores prácticas tanto internas como externas soportando a la afiliada en las decisiones que afecten los resultados, desplegando nuevas iniciativas que generen valor para lograr el nível de competitividad esperado por el negocio.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Demanda: Actualizar e innovar las bases de datos y herramienta de toma de decisión, soporte para el análisis de la Demanda con el negocio por medio de las reuniones de Planeación Operativa y de Ventas por medio del proceso de IBP.
  • Suministro: Coordinar todo el flujo del suministro manejo de la orden desde la colocación a la planta hasta la llegada al país, de acuerdo con los requerimientos de la afiliada, siendo el enlace entre la afiliada y las plantas.
  • Manejo del Inventario: Analizar y reportar el comportamiento de los inventarios, estableciendo planes de acción para mantener unos níveles sanos tanto financiero como de utilidad.
- medición desempeño: Recolectar y alimentar de la base de datos soporte para el reporte y seguimiento de las métricas de desempeño del área tanto locales, regionales y/o corporativas. Recomendar planes de acción para una mejora constante.

  • Procesos y Políticas generar y/o actualizar SOP delárea.
  • Participar en proyectos del área, ya sean locales, regionales y/o corporativos que redunden en el mejoramiento del desempeño del área.

Otros generales de compañía:

  • Interactuar con el área de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente y conocimiento de SOX para asegurar que los proceso y proyectosse realizan bajo las normas de seguridad, salud y ambientales requeridas
  • Conocer las normas, leyes y reglamentos que se rigen en la corporación y demás instituciones gubernamentales, cumpliendo y aplicándolas en el trabajo diario para garantizar la confiabilidad y el mejor desempeño del trabajo
  • Conocer las normas de seguridad y salud ocupacional, así como las políticas ambientales y proporcionar apoyo a los miembros del equipo del sistema ISO 14001, fomentando su cumplimiento y notificando cualquier violación o desviación al área de seguridad y medio ambiente
  • Conocer los principios de conducta ética del negocio y los expresados en el Credo aplicándolos a sus actividades de trabajo dentro y fuera de la compañía

Qualifications:

Requisitos:

  • Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.
  • Mínimo de 5 años de experiência en los procesos de logística, demanda y suministro, preferencialmente en la industria farmacéutica


 Análisis estadísticos/modelos (deseable)
  • Conocimiento en manejo cadena de suministro
  • Nível de inglés avanzado
  • Dominio Avanzado en las Herramientas de Office (Excel, PP)
  • Habilidad para manejar sistemas
  • SAP y OMP son deseables
