HR Business PartnerAs a Senior HR Business Partner for Retail, you will provide HR guidance and support around all aspects of employee relations, performance management, talent management, and coaching in our retail stores.

You will partner with store leaders on recruiting, succession planning and collaborate with other functions within HR to deliver programs and initiatives that support our retail store needs.


Job Responsibilities:
Partner with retail leaders as a trusted advisor for our retail stores.

Provide HR expertise and guidance in the areas of feedback, coaching, development goals, compensation, accountability and the progressive disciplinary process.

Coach on people relations matters to ensure consistent approach and effective resolutions.

Liaise between leaders and employees on interests, concerns, and trends to ensure an unbiased and engaging work experience for all.

Provide market analysis and insights on trends, compensation and talent to support retail planning.
Drive Retail HR initiatives to ensure understanding and compliance in the field.

This can include talent management activities, succession planning, staffing needs assessments, compensation, performance management, employee relations, policy compliance, training, etc.

Maintain an expert level of knowledge of federal and State employment laws to support reducing legal risks and ensure compliance.

Assess plans on an ongoing basis to ensure success and make changes as needed.
Own updating handbooks, state supplements and policy and procedures as needed.

We're excited if you have :
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.5+ years of relevant HR Business Partner experience.
Solid understanding of the retail store business, recruiting, employee relations, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
Problem Solving/Analysis skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Must demonstrate flexibility Understanding of HRIS and ATS tools. Previous experience in retail management/environment.
Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast
- paced environment.
Ability to partner across various levels of the organization and retail field.
