We are searching for a Business Unit VicepresidentWhat can you expect?
A EH&B Leader provides support to help clients coordinate solutions, manage accounts, obtain advice and administer plans. Ensures customer questions and issues are answered correctly and efficiently by documenting and identifying trends in customer service needs. Resolves and oversees customer issues surrounding consulting, information, and software services, solutions and products.

We will count on you to:
- Trains, mentors and oversees performance management for a medium to large sized group, coordinates workload of team members and ensures team is appropriately staffed to meet client needs.
- Achieving fullfillment budget, local and regional strategy.
- Manage and follow up on team performance evaluations.
- Lead the development of customized solutions, to address customer needs, determining the appropriate resources to utilize potential teams that offer the best service.
- Train, develop, motivate and lead the team to efficiently market the organization's services.
- Uses substantial risk experience to perform critical client functions, including: evaluating risks; reviewing loss experience, cash flow and financials; developing solutions; articulating impact of options; leveraging prepared analytics and making recommendations to client across product lines.
- Retains business and collaborates with other Account Management colleagues on generating new business.
- Implements growth and retention strategy and works to meet sales goals.
- Drives relationships with clients, prospects, client teams and producers to provide best in class service and drive growth.
- Serves as a client contact and responds to complex client needs and questions to improve the client experience.
- Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of changing market condition and understands and complies with all compliance, professional and transparency standards to better serve clients.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience
- Experience in Riskmanagement, and/or Insurance, and/or Human Resources Benefits
- Strong commercial skills
- English level:advanced
Assertive
- Ability to confidently put forward views in diverse groups.
Enthusiastic
- Must be highenergy.
People Management
- Minimum 3 years' experience of managing multiple teams.
- Good negotiation skills
