Supply Chain Analyst, Panama PacificoColabora con 3Mers innovadores alrededor del mundo**Como Supply Chain Analyst desempeñarás un rol clave para gestionar el suministro de productos hacia nuestros clientes desde nuestras plantas de manufactura local y/o virtuales en Panamá Pacifico. En este rol podrás analizar planes de suministro, gestionar los níveles de inventarios adecuados para ejecutar estos planes, identificar y gestionar restricciones de materia prima y /o capacidad de producción para garantizar el cumplimiento de los mismos, a tiempo y completos, así como también identificar e implementar estrategias para mejorar el servicio al cliente; todos estos procesos en colaboración con los equipos de manufactura, compras, calidad, logística y servicio al cliente para diferentes negocios y sus divisiones.
El impacto que tendrás en este rol

  • Liderarás el proceso de Análisis de Planes de Suministro para los portafolios que te sean asignados, comprarás materiales y darás dirección a las áreas de manufactura, compras, logística y servicio al cliente, acerca de las prioridades de suministro hacia nuestros clientes. Participarás en las reuniones de alineación con manufactura, con el fin de analizar la proyección de la capacidad de planta en términos de horas máquina y horas labor a corto, mediano y largo plazo, alineada a los planes de suministro de nuestros clientes, y así ser parte de la toma de decisiones acerca de las prioridades de fabricación.
Liderarás el proceso de administración de parámetros de planeación claves, para los portafolios que te sean asignados, tales como:
Lead Times, Safety Stocks, intervalos de reposición de inventarios, tamaños de lote, etc.


Conducirás reuniones de alineación con manufactura, logística, compras y servicio al cliente, con el fin de garantizar el cumplimiento de nuestros planes de suministro acordados de forma preliminar mes a mes, así como también, garantizar el cumplimiento con los indicadores claves de servicio y de administración de inventarios.

Implementarás planes de mejora continua en nuestros procesos de planeación de suministro y administración de inventarios, en la búsqueda de incrementos de productividad, mejora de servicio, reducción de costos y optimización de inventarios.

Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Especialista en Cadena de Suministros, Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica, Química, o afines. MBA, o alguna certificación de Supply Chain.

Experiência preliminar en Cadena de Suministros de 4 a 7 años en el sector privado, publico o gubernamental: Planeación de Demanda, Planeación de Suministros, Manufactura, Compras, Logística

Dominio de Ingles:
Avanzado - 80%- Microsoft: Dominio avanzado de Excel, Tablas Pivotes, Macros, Power Point. Power BI (deseable), Visio (deseable). Dominio y experiência en el manejo de SAP.

Habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación, planificación y trabajo en equipo.

  • Conocimiento de programas, herramientas o sistemas, en las áreas de planeación, logística, inventarios, bodega, manufactura, etc., que apoyen el análisis de escenarios diversos y sus impactos potenciales en el cumplimiento de nuestros planes de suministro. Capacidad de análisis y resolución de problemas. Conocimientos de herramientas de Lean Six Sigma. Experiência en la sincronización de la demanda y el suministro.
