Responsible for ensuring that all insurance authorizations are being processed properly whether they are for new patients or for continuation of coverage, and to be a part of our Welcome Team which discusses necessary information with the clients that come on board to ensure their success.

Primary Responsibilities Process insurance authorizations Work closely with clients, caregivers and departments across the business Provide a seamless Customer Service experience, while ensuring that clients receive the care they need Problem solve and take ownership of customer requests Provide a warm welcoming environment for new clients

Requisitos:


Proven Exceptional Customer Service Excellent written, and verbal skills Proficient computer, phone knowledge Must be extremely organized and have excellent attention to detail Must have poise and patience when dealing with customers Previous insurance authorization experience preferred 2 years previous experience in a similar position preferred Previous medical field experience a plus Bilingual in Spanish and English.
