As a Cash Application & Collections Specialist you'll be responsible for Cash applications for different entities based in the US.

What you'll do- Importing the receipts received in the bank statement/lockbox and books the remittances against the invoices of the customers.
- Reconciliation of the cash intermediate accounts.
- Confirm and negotiate with customers to collect payments.
- Contact customers to discuss their overdue payments and develop repayment plans.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities.
- Report on collection progress and results.
- Handle internal/external queries
- Automate the e2e cash application process
