Objetivo El oficial de mantenimiento de los locales asegura el mantenimiento adecuado de los locales y el equipo del CICR. Responsabilidades funcionales: Se asegura de que los locales y el equipo se mantengan adecuadamente y de que todos los servicios funcionen como es debido. Pide o compra el material necesario, en coordinacin con el personal de logstica. Mantiene y repara el equipo y la infraestructura; coordina y/o supervisa cualquier trabajo realizado por proveedores externos.
Mantenimiento oficinas y apartamentos en Panama. Gestionar las solicitudes que llegan a la base de datos PAN_Premises_Services. Encargado del mantenimiento preventivo Funciones principales: Mantenimiento oficinas y apartamentos Panam. Realizar la reparacin de los daos reportados.
**Mantenimiento general oficinas y de apartamentos**: Electricidad, plomera, construccin, instalacin de muebles, reparacin de electrodomsticos, etc. Encargado de las mudanzas en las oficinas y los apartamentos con vehculos CICR. Realizar legalizaciones de los gastos incurridos para el mantenimiento en coordinacin con el/la responsable de premises. Gestionar las solicitudes que llegan a la base de datos PAN_Premises_Services Centralizacin de los pedidos de mantenimiento (STM PAN_Premises_Services) y programacin del trabajo segn prioridades (riesgo inminente, inundacin, fuego, fuga de gas).
Diligenciar en la STM el avance o tareas pendientes del trabajo realizado. Encargado del mantenimiento preventivo Verificar que los apartamentos y delegacin tenga los extintores, detectores de humo, kit de emergencia, cobija anti-fuego y sealizaciones (segn indicacin recibida). Proponer las medidas complementarias necesarias relativas a la electricidad de los inmuebles en Panama, para evitar riesgos elctricos. Dar el apoyo necesario de acuerdo con su campo de conocimiento y experticia.
Alerta inmediatamente a los supervisores de cualquier problema que pueda tener consecuencias negativas o representar un riesgo (mal funcionamiento tcnico, accidentes). VARIOS: Apoya la planificacin y realizacin de SR para pedidos y anticipa la preparacin de solicitudes de compra de materiales de limpieza y/o similares. Gestin administrativa de todos los archivos e incidentes ocurridos de las amas de casa de las residencias y de la delegacin. Coordinar el inventario del mobiliario y equipo conjuntamente con las Amas de Casas.
Gestionar con su superior posibles notas o llamados de atencin y seguimiento de las apreciaciones. Proveedores: Una vez definidos los proveedores de los diferentes mantenimientos de la delegacin, para gastos menores a CHF 2000/mes, asegurar todo lo referente a los pagos. Solicitud y recepcin de la documentacin necesaria para su inscripcin en el registro de proveedores (NIT, cmara de comercio, etc.), recepcin de las cuentas de cobro para su respectivo pago al departamento de finanzas. Verificacin de los pagos de acuerdo con calendario que est estipulado ya sea en la cotizacin y/o en los contratos respectivos.
Apoyo en el seguimiento de pagos de los proveedores mayores a CHF 2000/mes en coordinacin con el departamento logstico. Alcance e impacto - Alcance: se limita a los locales del CICR. - Autorizado a realizar compras segn las normas financieras del CICR. Relaciones - Internamente, se relaciona con otros empleados del CICR y/o con los usuarios de los locales del CICR.
- Externamente (slo en la sede), interacta con los proveedores. - Certificaciones / Formacin requerida - Escuela tcnica o equivalente. - Conocimiento bsico del idioma ingls hablado y escrito. - Buenos conocimientos de informtica y capacidad para manejar programas especficos.
Experiência profesional requerida - 2-3 aos de experiência en un puesto similar. - Tiene los conocimientos tcnicos necesarios para realizar el trabajo.
