**Funciones del puesto**:
- Atender llamadas, entablar buenas relaciones con sus clientes (internos y externos) y dar asesoría en las diferentes fases de las coordinaciones de embarques.
- Una vez obtenida las órdenes y pedidos de clientes o agentes en Origen iniciar coordinación con los diferentes orígenes y/o destinos involucrados.
- Validar la creación de Cuentas antes de la llegada o salida del embarque para todos los clientes nuevos
- Revisar con origen y ventas cualquier discrepancia entre la cotización recibida y los costos establecidos por origen o destino (MSR = minimun selling rate).
- Obtener antes del despacho del embarque los documentos necesarios para la tramitación de la carga como por ejemplo: AUPSA, Cuarentena, Certificados de Origen, etc.
- Dar seguimiento a cada coordinación desde origen hasta su llegada y/o entrega en destino.
- Encargado de la confección de reportes diarios, semanales y/o mensuales para clientes que así lo requieran.
- Facturación de los embarques (HBL) antes de la llegada o despacho de la mercancía y según los KPIs establecidos
- Coordinar con los Coloader o OCS los embarques LCL (cuando aplica) y dar seguimiento de los mismos hasta entrega a los clientes
- Analizar y revisar la rentabilidad de cada embarque y escalar cualquier desviación fuera de lo establecido
- Dar soporte al OSC (embarques LCL) a nível local con los otros departamentos involucrados y/o proveedores externos disponibilidad, pick-ups y/o entregas de mercancía y trámites aduanales de ser requerido.
- Entrega de File con documentos completos a OSC (factura comercial, permisos, documentos especiales, etc.).
- Alimentar el E-File con la documentación mandatorio según el SOP de E-File
- Elaborar transmisión electrónica de aduana AMS, ENS, etc. (embarques Export)
- Elaboración de seguro cuando sea necesario
- Registrar toda irregularidad presentada con oficinas PA y/o proveedores queden documentadas por medio del IHT.
- Confección de CAPA en caso de causar una irregularidad que afecte los procesos internos o níveles de satisfacción de nuestros clientes.
- Participar activamente del mantenimiento de clientes asignado.
- Visitas periódicas y/o cuando sea requerida a los clientes asignados a su cartera.
- Revision de SOP y Customer Profile de requerirse.
- Ayudar con la gestión de cobros y disputas cuando se haga necesario.
- Realizar cualquier otra función asignada por su jefe inmediato, de acuerdo a sus capacidades, conocimientos y aptitudes.
- Actualizar la información del SharePoint
- Apoyar al OSC con el envío de los HBL para pronta revisión de los clientes
- Promover la Mejora continua de nuestros procesos a traves de los Blue Leaders del departamento, permitiendo lograr la satisfacción de nuestros clientes.
**Formación profesional / Experiência laboral requeridos**:
- Nível Universitario, en áreas de Comercio Internacional, Logística, Administración Portuaria, Mercadeo, Ventas o carrera afín.
- Experiência de 1 a 3 años en las áreas de: Atención al Cliente y/o Tráfico de Exportación.
**Conocimientos de la Industria y el Mercado / Requisitos Funcionales**:
- Conocimientos generales en aéreo /marítimo/logística/ cadena de suministro.
- Conocimiento del mercado y la competencia.
- Comprensión de los principios y lenguaje del negocio incluyendo lo relacionado con finanzas y rentabilidad.
- Comprensión Global de los procesos del negocio y sus interacciones.
- Experiência en el área de atención al cliente
- Inglés Intermedio (Verbal y Escrito).
