We are looking for Customer Service Agents to provide professional support to clients investing in expertly managed diversified funds.
You will be the first point of contact, resolving inquiries, providing advice, and ensuring each user enjoys an optimal experience with our investment platform.
What will your main responsibilities be?
Address and resolve client inquiries about investment funds, platforms, and transactions.
Use customer service platforms like Zendesk to manage tickets and follow up on requests.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
Clearly and accessibly explain investment products, helping clients make informed decisions.
Suggest improvements to customer service processes and ensure all issues are resolved within established timeframes.
What are we looking for?
Experience in customer service, preferably in fintech, banking, brokerage, or investment products.
Basic knowledge of investment funds and financial products.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Bilingual or highly advanced level of English.
Experience using support platforms such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar tools.
Ability to solve problems quickly and stay calm under pressure.
Proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement of the customer experience.
**On-site position**: Working hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Offices are located in the banking district of Panama City.
