Principales responsabilidadesVelar por el cumplimiento de las actividades o procesos que garanticen la adecuada y correcta distribucin en la ejecucin de los planes y programas inherentes al cargo, a fin de garantizar la cancelacin oportuna de los compromisos y obligaciones contradas por la compaa.Brindar soporte oportuno en las necesidades del rea contable y financiera, en los registros, verificacin y anlisis de las cuentas por pagar y cobrar de la compaa.Apoyar al supervisor/Gerente de Finanzas en la depuracin, anlisis y verificacin de informacin contable, que permita obtener informacin veraz para la consolidacin de estados financieros y dems informes solicitados por la Junta Directiva y casa matriz.Realizar seguimiento de los anticipos realizados a proveedores y empleados para la conclusin de los mismos.Ingreso de Facturas de Proveedores al Sistema BAAN IV. (legalizaciones, reembolsos de caja menor, entre otros)Cruce de Facturas de Proveedores con Anticipos en el Sistema BAAN IV.Realiza control de que los documentos registrados en la contabilidad estn acordes con las polticas de la empresa.Manejo y control del proceso de activo fijo, revisin de la documentacin soporte, asignacin de codificacin y marcacin de estos.Verificacin interna de las facturas de proveedores vinculados con orden de compra.Anlisis de las cuentas por pagar nacionales y del exterior, incluye compaas vinculadas.Mantener organizado y actualizado el archivo digital y fsico de la documentacin de la cual es responsable.Apoyo en el proyecto de gestin y control documental que actualmente est ejecutando la Compaa.Cualquier otro requerimiento solicitado por su jefe directo inherente al cargo.Competencias deseadasProfesional en Contabilidad.Contador Pblico Titulado es preferible.Conocimientos en procesos de activo fijo.Idoneidad CPA es deseable.Experiência mnima de 5 aos.Ingls Intermedio.Dominio del paquete Microsoft Office.Nuestra ofertaUn papel interesante y ambicioso en una empresa internacional exitosa con oportunidad de desarrollar su carrera.
