Hoy nuestra Gerencia de People se encuentra en la búsqueda de su próximo/a **Senior Finance Analyst** quien tendrá la misión de proporcionar una solución estándar en cuanto a la evaluación del negocio siendo un Business Partner entre las áreas de financieras y comerciales en la Región de Centro América. Coordinación de Desarrollo de procesos tanto financieros como operativos dentro de la organización.

**Dentro de las principales funciones a realizar se encuentran**:

- Participar como socio financiero para los mercados del Caribe y América Central, brindando apoyo en control de gestión y adentrándose en profundidad para ofrecer perspectivas comerciales.
- Análisis financiero para ventas de vehículos (distribución y retail), posventa y negocios de oficina central, garantizando que se midan y cumplan los KPIs empresariales.
- Interactuar con líderes empresariales senior (comerciales y financieros) para asegurar que los datos cumplan con los requisitos de calidad para informes y toma de decisiones dentro de los plazos establecidos por la empresa.
- Ayudar a aclarar consultas y proporcionar detalles adicionales cuando sea necesario.
- Liderar revisiones de casos comerciales para determinar si los proyectos son viables y si la empresa está optimizando el flujo de efectivo libre de operaciones.
- Llevar a cabo modelado financiero y planificación de escenarios para ayudar a guiar decisiones empresariales en alineación con la situación económica, destacando riesgos y oportunidades en consecuencia.

Haremos **Match** si cumples con los siguientes Requisitos:

- Estudios universitarios avanzados en Finanzas, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial o afines.
- Experiência integrando informes y análisis financieros en un entorno multinacional o de diferentes mercados por 2 años como mínimo.
- Manejo de herramientas de Office intermedio o avanzado, específicamente Excel.
- Conocimientos en herramientas como Power BI, Incadea, SAP, BPC u otras relacionados con procesos de planificación y reporte financiero es un plus.
- Experiência específica en la industria automotriz es un plus.
- Español e inglés intermedio-avanzado.
