Position Overview The Account Administrator, Retail Operations is responsible for daily processing and follow through of repair and maintenance requests for North America retail locations through a web-based operating system.
Key Responsibilities Receive and process all Retail operations requests submitted by counter and freestanding store locations Manage Repair and Maintenance requests from submission to completion, acknowledging urgent nature where necessary Research material specifications and source such materials for pending projects. Review all proposals and negotiate better pricing where applicable Source appropriate vendors and provide comprehensive scope of work. Work closely with NY Team to finalize scope of work and cost on all projects exceeding the brands allowable spend limit and receive approval. Contact our Retail Partners and acquire approval if applicable.
This includes ensuring all necessary tax and insurance documents have been filed correctly and in a timely manner. Coordinate the submission of all Letter of Agreement and Letter of Intent to the Retailer by partnering with The Estee Lauder’s Legal Department. Ensure field personnel are aware of all schedules and fully understand the scope of work being performed. Run reports within the Repair and Maintenance Management System Assist on Brand request for renovation projects and warranty issues.
Assist on special projects as needed. QualificationsQualifications Attention to detail and the ability to work independently Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work with numerous personalities across a matrixed organization Detail-oriented and organized and an ability to prioritize and manage workflow Ability to change focus when needed while making regular progress on assigned projects Ability to handle multiple requests in a timely manner Proven ability to meet deadlines Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Communicate effectively and build relationships with customers, peers and management High degree of professionalism when dealing with customers and colleagues Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of products, Word, PPT, Excel (e.g. pivot tables, formulas, analysis) Ability to work well in a team environment, seeking the ideas of others and valuing differing perspectives Competencies Thinks Strategically: Takes a broad view of the business, industry, and consumer environment to anticipate and plan for the future. Identifies the focus and defines where to play, how to win and what capabilities and management systems are required.

Additional Requirements Fully bilingual (native or near native) written and spoken English, and Spanish Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years.
