**What you will doAs a Customer Service Representative you will**: Monitor order fulfillment of packaging material and additional material. Manage all steps of Order Fulfillment Packaging Material operations: management, design, administration, invoicing, claim administration, logistics. Create synergy with internal functions like planning, logistics, additional material, marketing, technical service Drive WCM (World Class Manufacturing) improvement activities from customer perspective Focused KPI´s (customer dashboard) Identify customer demand patterns and build the best fit supply chain solution to fulfill it Drive value added activities with direct impact to customers cost reductions Drive forecasting process with the customer Build customer relationship as customer facing position Understand Supply Chain activities We believe you have Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 1-2 years of experience in a similar role Strong English communication skills, both written and oral Strong business understanding and customer service Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office - advanced Excel and PowerPoint), SAP R/3 Must be detail oriented, with strong organizational skills and able to multitask WCM methodology is a plus We Offer You A variety of exciting challenges with ample opportunities for development and training in a truly global landscape A culture that pioneers a spirit of innovation where our industry experts drive visible results An equal opportunity employment experience that values diversity and inclusion Market competitive compensation and benefits with flexible working arrangements
