Job Description: Answer incoming calls to respond to inquiries, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems,provide information or assistance to customers, offer basic tech support and provide a customer service experience that promotes client loyalty.

**Required language**: Advanced English level Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities Research information using available resources and tools to respond to customer inquiries and/or requests. Manage and resolve customer complaints. Provide customers with product and service information. Disclosure of terms of agreement for said products or services.

Enter new customer information into system. Update existing customer information. Process orders, service renewal requests. Promote customer loyalty and retain clients.

Identify and escalate priority issues. Route calls to appropriate resource. Document call information according to standard operating procedures. Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent.

Some experience in a call center is valuable but not mandatory. Tech support experience is valued but not mandatory. Basic tech knowledge is a plus. Key Competencies Verbal and written communication skills Process adherence Listening skills Customer service oriented Objective Judgment Adaptability Team work Stress tolerance Good data entry and typing skills.
