**Reports to**: Head of School Collaborates closely with: Leadership Team, Director of Finance, Director of Human Resources, Board of Trustees and Academic teams. Responsibilities: (Including but not limited to) Provide direct supervision of Facilities, School Services, Technology Support Service and Compliance/Safety departments ensuring that policies and procedures are appropriate, documented, and adhered to. Manage the operating and capital budgets. Provide timely and regular reporting to the Head of School on budget, KPIs and project status.. Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and coding regulations. Oversight of the school's physical plant and resources by assisting the coordination and implementation of a strategic building plan with the Board, Head of School, Construction and Finance Committees. Oversee all school construction projects, coordinating and managing the fiscal affairs of new construction projects as well as compliance and recognition for contracts and grants. Ensure high level strategic planning and advice that will maximize the security and safety of the ISP community Oversee all business aspects of the ISP security and transportation operations including service delivery, outsourced contracts and budget. Ensure high quality of the School Food Service Operations in an organized and efficient manner, guaranteeing fiscal and financial compliance in the operations. Pro-actively liaise with the school insurers to ensure adequate and cost-effective insurance coverage for all risks likely to affect the school’s physical plants and students. Assure that school policies and procedures pertinent to the areas of responsibility are appropriate, documented, and adhered to. Ensure that all inventories including fixed asset registers are kept updated.

High-level negotiation skills and proven ability to communicate effectively at a wide range of levels. Basic qualifications for the job: Master's degree or equal experience in Engineering or related fields Proficiency in English and Spanish Experience in strategic planning, compliance and project management. PMP preferred. Experience in facilities and budget management. Experience in construction management and emphasis on safety international standards. Experience in cybersecurity and systems management. Proven ability to take projects from ground zero to successful fruition & management of a large organization budget Proven ability in providing a high level of customer service to a wide variety of stakeholders and development of a team with a client focussed approach. Demonstrated ability to manage an operations team, including internal and contracted staff, and to effectively manage an internal unit through a period of change.
