**You are responsible for**
- Works on problems of moderate scope where the analysis of data requires a review of a variety of factors using Root Cause Analysis
- The development of the solution requires a multidisciplinary approach and knowledge of basic principles, theories and concepts
- Formulates the solution for (technical) partial problems by combining previous experiences based upon technical analysis and (feasibility) studies
- May lead small projects, managing a small number of people
- Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues
- Fully qualified professionals who have advanced beyond entry level. Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues. Has working knowledge of company products and services
- Frequently interacts with functional peer groups. Interaction normally requires the ability to gain cooperation of others, conducting presentations of technical information concerning specific projects or schedule
- Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors
- Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
- Builds productive internal/external working relationship
