**Job Title**: Market Data Operations Leader

**In this role, you have the opportunity to**
The data steward drives direct impact on data quality, with less process disruption due to poor data and actionable insight by enforcing the governance around data for his market: data rules, data access, data management standard ways of working.

**To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience**
- ** Business English Proficiency is required**:

- ** Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Information Technology is required**:

- ** Managerial Experience leading a team is required**:

- ** Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in IT Management or functional areas with exposure to data quality or data management or data use (e.g. analytics) in business context**:

- ** 3 year minimum in a market in a role with exposure to data quality or data management or data use (e.g. analytics) in business context**:

- ** Data mining experience preferred: eg. Able to mine raw data files for detecting abnormalities or insights**:

- ** High proficiency in SAP MDM is required**:

- ** Leadership experience & skills are people management, metric management, and stakeholder management**:
**You are responsible for**
- Reviews, validates, provide feedback to improve business and data rules applicable for the market towards EIM BIOs, data quality and BPO/BPEs
- Ensures compliance to those rules by the data owners, by informing, training, coaching and sharing status reports, up to market leadership level e.g. Data Quality
- Executes self or manages locally (directly or functionally) business related data activities with EIM data services, Analytics, quality, based on SLA’s as SPOC to EIM;
- Analyses and drive improvement of data quality for the market with the support of data specialists and EIM and BPO/BPEs during E2E Business transformation (data cleansing, data migration) or during continuous improvement phase
- Main areas: Quality, Operational excellence
- Data governance in the market ensures data (quality) rules are enforced, data management processes, policies, standards, and access rights to data are compiled with by the data owners of his/her market
- Owns the data quality cadence: cooperating closely with IDM, identified business data specialists per data field sand rules areas, BPO and SME community in the context of E2E transformation and during continuous improvement on data improvement and underlying process improvement
- Drives/executes directly or with support from data specialist data cleansing, data migration activities (enrichment, validation, defect solving, sign-off) in his/her market during Business Transformation programs or in continuous improvement phase
