Distributor Manager

Responsable de gestión end to end del distribuidor para el desarrollo integral del negocio Reckitt Hygiene & Health en Panamá, persiguiendo atender las demandas de los mercados por medio de la estructura del distribuidor, entendiendo detalladamente los factores que lo impactan (Portafolio, níveles de inversión, costo por servir, etc).**Funciones y Responsabilidades**: - Definir la estrategia de diseño estructural de los canales en Panamá, buscando garantizar el enfoque del distribuidor para el negocio de Reckitt, garantizando la mejor ruta de mercado para nuestro portafolio;
- Atención correcta de los clientes atendidos por el distribuidor que nos permita lograr los objetivos definidos para cada periodo, usando el P&L como herramienta fundamental para la toma de decisiones;
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de los indicadores de gestión comerciales en su área de influencia;
- Diseñar estrategias que permitan garantizar la obtención de objetivos y/o la solución de problemas circunstanciales que puedan afectar el desempeño para el negocio de Reckitt en Panamá construyendo desde análisis de información diagnóstico y planes de acción,tanto de la forma en que llegamos al mercado, como de estrategias para ser más eficientes en términos de inversión que nos lleven a lograr los objetivos de venta presupuestados;
- Resposable del proceso administrativo de ventas e inversion, apoyando las diferentes áreas de servicio de la compañía a cerrar sus ciclos en procesos concernientes a la venta;
- Velar porque el distribuidor tenga un alto standard en ejecución de 4Ps en POS con base en guidelines compartidos por las marcas y de que se ejecute con alta efectividad el MSL (must stock list) definido para cada cliente.**Principales retos**: - Lograr los resultados a traves del gerenciamiento - seguimiento de los indicadores de gestion con cada responsable de canal del distributor;
- Sentido de pertenencia hacia Reckitt llevando su dia a dia en Panama (net working interno);
- Retailer con limitado desarrollo en category management.**Requierimientos del puesto**: - Profesional en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Mercadeo;
- Experiência en Ventas y/o Mercadeo preferiblemente con experiência en empresas transnacionales de Consumo Masivo, deseable;
- Manejo de grandes distribuidores y cadenas;
- Al menos 3 años de experiência liderando equipos de trabajo;
- Conocimiento de procesos logísticos es deseable;
- Conocimiento de Category Management;
- Experiência en manejo-negociacion con retailers locales;
