National Sea Logistics Reefer Manager

** Your Role**: Develop and implement a strategy for the Reefer product (imports and exports) that allow us to increase our market share in CAC in a profitable way. Guarantee high standard of service for all Reefer operations, incl. Healthcare. Have excellent relationship with carriers.
** Your Responsibilities**:
- Drive business development, supporting the countries commercial plans and having direct involvement on commercial activities.
- Maintain and develop relationships with current and potential customers.
- Support in an active manner the Healthcare development in Panama, Costa Rica and Dominican Republic.
- Get involved in all tender opportunities (Reefer and Healthcare) and align with TLM's, where Healthcare opportunities also include dry cargo.
- Proper P&L management to deliver expected volume and NP2.
- Have close relationship with carriers and lead local negotiations.
- Manage allocation and equipment availability.
- Search for synergies in terms of equipment availability (i.e. round trips in Guatemala).
- Make sure to upload all contracts in the system.
- Offer cross-selling services to our existing and potential customers when applicable.
- Assure a lean customer service and high level of Operational Excellence where we have a Reefer or Healthcare operation in the cluster.
- Promote our digital solutions internally and to our customers.
- Reach customer service and operational KPI´s.
- Develop internal network and promote our cluster globally.
- Be a role model to the team in all aspects.
- Support / lead / accompany all CAC FS-P´s, making sure strategy is aligned and pipeline is regularly monitored.
**Your Skills and Experiences**:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or similar fields.
- Experience in Customer and Sales Relationship Management.
- + 3 years of experience in account management.
- Experience in Reefer Process (end-to-end).
- Fluent English.
- Open to travel once per month to visit customer in our countries and international trade shows.
