**Internship Overview**

Intern will be supporting as the first point of contact responsible for employees’ inquiries regarding the hire to retire (H2R) life cycle through phone, chat and portal requests. Intern will work on projects related to continuous improvement of the processes in the Intake team.

**Responsabilities**
- Ensures client privacy where appropriate, including confidentiality and protection of sensitive client reports or information
- Helps customers navigate through Tier 0 (self -service) materials and functionality.
- Understands scope of services and escalates items to others as defined
- Ensures quality customer experience by communicating empathy to de-escalate difficult situations.
- Participate in meetings with the broader HR Services (all towers when needed) team to discuss process updates.
- Provide support and coordination in the hire to retire process including employment verification
- Support in any administrative activity request

**Qualifications** Required Qualifications**
- Strong knowledge in English and French Language
- Strong communication skills
- Self-aware of their work and is open to receiving feedback.
- Ability to work in teams and independently if required
- High-touch service: Manages to create a trust-based relationship with their peers, managers and clients through active listening, customer service, proactivity, and many others
- Drives creativity and Innovation
- Teamwork
