**You are responsible for**
- Conducting intake calls with hiring manager - to understand all details of recruitment requisition and agree next steps
Updating database and ensuring 100% correct data in Workday, trigerring onbording and contract preparation
- Cooperating with HR Managers, Rewards Partners, PPS, TA, International Mobility when needed
- Always acting according to local procedures and culture

the brand new Talent Acquisition Process team, supporting North America-based hiring managers to hire the talent that will impact our organization and help us improve lives.

**To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following**
- Advanced English is required to engage with English speaking talent verbally and in a written manner
- Attention to details
- Experience in recruitment or HR administration
- Customer first attitude and highly developed communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to deal with complex HR cases
- Willingness to learn HR & rewards procedures and cultures from different countries
