**Responsibilities**:
**Project & Process Coordination**
- Help drive successful campaign launches, ensuring detailed planning and frictionless execution.
- Help facilitate annual & quarterly strategic planning.
- Assist with coordinating the day-to-day operations of the marketing team.
- Organize and maintain marketing templates, naming conventions, and folders (Google Drive).
- Assist with ongoing database integrity and clean-up activities.
- Convert processes into project management platform templates.
- Flag any potential challenges in meeting project deliverables.

**Analytics & Reporting**
- Support weekly and monthly report creation, including identification of actionable insights for the senior management team’s consideration.
- Analyze marketing campaigns to find actionable insights to drive incremental growth. This includes, but is not limited to, ad campaigns, social media, blogs, and webinars.
- Identify potential opportunities and risks related to campaign performance.
- Assist with the planning, execution, and analysis of A/B tests.
- Assist with the integration of marketing platforms with data management platforms (Google Data Studio).
- Build and optimize automated dashboards.
- Leverage predictive and prescriptive analytics to improve KPI forecasting and targets.

**Website & SEO**
- Assist with the website development and optimization tasks including, but not limited to, content updates, layout optimization, and analysis
- Assist with the SEO strategy, including keyword research and analysis.
- Assist with the execution of SEO strategy.
- Conduct SEO audits and analyses, share recommendations, and implement technical SEO updates.
- Find incremental improvements to domain authority and page authority.

**Partner Outreach**
- Coordinate with partners and clients in order to support Alexa Translations’ editorial calendar, including webinars and other partnership opportunities for cross-promotion.
- Help facilitate webinars and other virtual events.
- Support outreach strategies for targeting industry influencers.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics and/or data management, or similar roles.
- Fluency in English
- both written and spoken (required)
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
- Ability to work quickly without sacrificing attention to detail
- Experience with Google platforms, including Data Studio, Analytics, Search Console, and Ads.
- Experience with social media platforms, including Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.
- Experience with SEO/SEM tools, including SEMrush.

**Marketing and Analytics Tools**:

- Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
- Google Data Studio, MOZ, SEMrush, Hotjar, Ahrefs, Optimizely, Unbounce
- LinkedIn Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads
- Google Workspace, Microsoft Office
- WordPress and/or other CMS
- Experience with UX/UI Tools

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree (Marketing and/or Data Analytics)
- Relevant marketing certifications (Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.)
