- This Position will be critical for the performance and business grow in CAC by leading Institutional Business for Panama.- This role will focus on develop and improve the VIATRIS Institutional Business performance by ensuring the correct implementation of Institutional Business strategies in the market with Partners, Customers, Social Security, Minister of Health, Private Hospitals, ONG´s, etc.- Will be responsible for the country institutional forecast management and it’s KPI’s performance as Forecast Error, Write Off, Stock Outs and Over Stocks.- This position will manage and deliver Monthly / Quarterly / Annually institutional sales results.- Will manage and organize together with the Tender Analyst the correct participation in every opportunity to maximize the access to Viatris portfolio.- Create and establish the best relationship with partners and customers to improve the business.- Support medical and marketing to implement and execute the best access strategies to protect our business or to penetrate the market with new molecules.

Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Support the New Product Launch process in the country.- Implement and execute the business strategic growth projects in the country.- Work with the institutional business manager to create and develop the best scenery to continue increasing and improvement the business.- Preparing and presenting the monthly business review.- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutions, partners, and distributors to improve the institutional business.- Improve the institutional forecast process and it’s KPI’s performance (FE, SO, OS, WO).- Develop the correct process to know and understand the institutions inventories, their monthly rotations and each variance which can impact the business and how can we take advantage it.- Growing the business & expanding market share of key products.- Budget, development and management of promotional spending.- Work with the institutional business manager to understand and improve the Viatris portfolio access to each institution.- Support new product opportunity evaluation.- Coordinate together with the Tender Analyst the correct communication process with X-Functional Areas to ensure the correct participation in each opportunity and maximize the chances to win.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:
- Minimum of 3+ year experience in Institutional Business or Commercial.- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Health Careers.- Strong critical thinking skills with ability to solve problems.- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and decision-making capabilities.- Resourceful and creative — must bring fresh insights to a dynamic business environment.- Ability to establish mutually productive and positive relationships with internal and external groups.- Experience of working in a regulated environment with Legal and Compliance organizations.- High level of proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.- Strong interpersonal, communication and networking skills.- English fluent (oral/written).
