Objetivos Específicos:
Analizar, desarrollar, mantener y coordinar los procesos de la empresa en cuanto a rendimiento de performance de aeronaves y peso & balance de DHL Aeroexpreso con el propósito de asegurar el cumplimiento de regulaciones nacionales e internacionales sobre este tema, así como identificar e implementar mejoras a la operación en base a las capacidades de la flota de la aerolínea.

Responsabilidades principales:

- Diseñar, implementar y controlar la gestión de rendimiento de performance, cartas y bases de datos de navegación de las aeronaves de La Empresa.
- Identificar oportunidades de optimización y eficiencia mediante la generación y divulgación de reportes operativos para la toma de decisiones (atrasos, OTP, Block Hours, Block Time Performance, etc.)
- Diseñar, implementar y controlar iniciativas de ahorro de combustible en corto, mediano y largo plazo de la aerolínea.
- Identificar, diseñar y administrar oportunidades de optimización y eficiencia mediante la generación y divulgación de reportes operativos para la toma de decisiones (nuevas rutas, estrategias de pesos, etc.).
- Identificar, diseñar y administrar oportunidades de optimización y eficiencia en las operaciones aéreas (utilización de flota, congestión en plataformas y espacios aéreos, etc.) mediante: 1- Análisis del rendimiento de las aeronaves para determinar la capacidad máxima de carga por vuelo, 2- Análisis de los resultados y generación de reportes para la toma de decisiones, 3- Cabildeo con la industria para la implementación de alternativas a situaciones operacionales.
- Identificar, diseñar y mantener una estructura de datos operacionales robusta y precisa para medir la estrategia operacional de la Empresa.
- Seguimiento y cumplimiento de planes de acción de las distintas áreas operativas relacionadas.

Conocimientos, Habilidades y Experiência
- Educación superior a nível de Ingeniería Aeronáutica, o carreras afines.
- Amplio conocimiento de la industria de la aviación.
- Alta capacidad de innovación, creatividad, pensamiento estratégico y organización para definir, interpretar y analizar indicadores operativos que permitan tomar decisiones.
- Conocimiento avanzado de herramientas para manejo de base de datos, visualización y generación de reportes. (TABLEAU, Alteryx y similares)
- Tener conocimiento de las leyes y reglamentos vigentes de aviación civil de Panamá (RACP) y convenios de la OACI.
- Tener conocimientos del manual de operaciones y las especificaciones de operaciones de la compañía para la ejecución de sus funciones;
- Dominio del idioma inglés oral y escrito.
- Dominio de Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, y Power Point);
- Excelente manejo de relaciones interpersonales y habilidades de comunicación;
- Organizado y capaz de manejar el factor tiempo con eficiencia y destreza.
- Actitud proactiva, motivador y trabajo en equipo; y
- Disponibilidad para viajar.
