The brand is sold globally in over 75 countries with approximately 2,000 points of sale.Your role at Tumi: HRIS ManagerThis position is responsible for the daily management and operational oversite of the Human Resources Information Systems. In addition to managing the HRIS systems, this position must create an excellent employee experience, champion data accuracy, as well as ensure seamless integration of all HR systems.

**Responsibilities**: Manage the administration of the Human Resources Information Systems: Oracle HCM Cloud, UKG and ADP for all brands.Manage the end-to-end process for new hires, terminations, status changes in Oracle HCM and ensure all other HR systems are updated accordingly. Ensure all transactions are completed both timely and accurately, feed integrations are working proficiently, and the systems are operating efficiently at all times. Ensure the system has global consistency, stability, and data accuracy. Manage/update positions, cost centers, locations, and departments within the system as needed i.e., new store locations, new titles, updated cost centers, etc.

Manage permissions, access and settings for all users and the HR team. Ensure data integrity by supervising and auditing data flowing to and from the system.Accountable for auditing the system to determine how to mitigate security vulnerabilities found, what review processes are needed to meet compliance with the audit requirements and corporate processes. Act as primary contact for employee base to address system questions, issues.Create/manage support tickets, prioritize and ensure satisfactory resolutions are completed in a timely manner, while working with implementation/service partner. Escalate as needed.Generate, analyze, and distribute recurring HR metrics and ad-hoc reports such as Headcount, Turnover, Roster and Audit reports as needed.

Responsible for identifying creative solutions and opportunities for improvement to ensure exceptional functionality of system and system integrations.Collaborate with Global HRIS Admin regularly and evaluate quarterly enhancement impacts.Develop and implement learning materials in support of system training. Work closely with HRBPs to ensure data integrity by improving administrative service tasks, reducing redundancies, and maximizing efficiencies.Responsible for understanding the organizations needs and developing reporting/dashboards that will identify key trends; ability to create reporting as identified; review and analyze reports for data integrity prior to release to stakeholders.Manage system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.Ensure system processes are documented and updated as needed. We're excited if you have: 4+ years minimum HR related experience. College degree required.Knowledge of and experience with Oracle HCM Cloud required.Knowledge of and experience with ADP and UKG Dimensions required.

Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort with internet use and research.Strong technology expertise and analytical skills.Ability to negotiate and resolve differences.Exceptional communication skills.
