The Reserve CP&A Executive leads the activation calendar and commercial plan for GT, ensuring its completion within the Cycle Planning and Briefing process and supports evaluation/learning back into the wider business, aligned with the Commercial Team and give it to the CP&A Manager of the country to presented in one Sign Off.
The CP&A Executive supports the Commercial Manager and Reserve Team in delivering Field Sales, Account Management and Distributors Teams the tools and support materials to drive brilliant execution within the channel/customers, and in setting channel specific brand and category execution guidelines and standards. Along with the Luxury Trade Advocacy, the role also tracks and evaluates channel in-store execution against well-defined scorecard metrics, ensuring we deliver on time every time to our customers.

Decision Making- Supports analysis to improve ROI of promotional activities and close volume gaps in order to meet channel business targets, engaging all relevant parties to deliver our business plan.- As the coordinator of all in-store executions for the respective channel (owning the store back planning execution approach), recommends changes and interventions to ensure consistency and luxury activation plans are achieved On Time in Full in an efficient and effective way.- Find opportunities to execute Reserve in the different channels- Develop pragmatic solutions that overcome operational barriers at the Point of sales based on insights and knowledge of channel dynamics.- Supports brand forecast decisions in S&OP cycle
Financial Responsibility- Responsible of ensuring correct implementation of total Reserve A&P and Trade Spend budgets are met according to plans in conjunction with CM, Finance and Reserve Marketing team- Responsible for all purchasing order’s belonging to the budget of the channel different channels for Reserve, follow up with providers and ensuring correct management of internal controls regarding A&P Budget.- Project manages 3rd parties (POS Sourcing, BTL Agencies, Logistic providers ) working closely with the Marketing, Procurement and Distributor partner to ensure we are optimizing investment, driving out costs and driving brilliant execution- Deep understanding and responsible for Measurement and Evaluation (Pre & Post) to target the right investment to maximize ROI whilst delivering for our consumers, shoppers and customers
Leadership Responsibility- The role reports to the CP&A Manager Panama & Venture Central Carribean- The role does not have direct reports but needs to work closely and be able to influence and build relationships with distributor partners, external agencies and Diageo internal & external stake holders.- The incumbent supports the Commercial Manager for Guatemala & the Marketing Luxury Team with the orchestration of the execution commercial & activity plans, tailor the delivery to our customers and give the sales teams the tools to execute it
