**Job Description**:

This position is responsible for reviewing of the process of local and international promotional and scientific events, and their compliance with current local, regional and global policies. Also, the position supports internal and corporate audit activities, such as those related to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, Denied Party Screening and Prevention of Bribery and Corruption. In addition is responsible for the management of Purchase Orders to Suppliers related to the management of Events and Payments related to Health Care Professionals and Health Care Organizations and the maintenance of the informative Dashboards of the Business Support department and the implementation of continuous improvements to this platform.

Main Responsibilities:

- Reviews of Requests for Market Events.
- Reviews of Requests for Sales Force Events.
- Registers Events in the tool Veeva.
- Follows Foreign Corrupt Practices Act Screening Process, Denied Party Screening and Prevention of Bribery and Corruption.
- Manages Post-submission Events (Letters).
- Manages of Purchase Orders (creation, entry of invoice and closing).
- Responsible for Payments to Vendors in system SAP.
- Creates Vendors in the Master Data Governance.
- Prepares process flow and infographics.
- Responsible for quarterly meetings with regional Champion Veeva team.
- Manages delegated audits.
- Train other areas stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree completed or in progress, or higher education in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Marketing or a related field.
- Proficiency i English or Spanish, oral and written.
- Knowledge on SAP, preferred.
- Experience coordinating events.
- Experience in documentation audits.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in Excel is a must.
