Screening of complex orders (specials) regarding technical content and commercial correctness.Follow up in case un-availability of order is seen and update the order based on provided delivery proposal; where needed select proposed alternatives and update order statusCreate sales orders manually as well as monitor automated created sales orders, supported by various channels (including return flow) Focus on the flow that is not touchless and one -time-right (unhappy flow) to make sure these orders are fulfilledSolve root causes of non-touchless flow in a quick and efficient way by getting in touch with the right person Responsible for the administrative flow of all types of Sales orders from order intake to sales recognition.Managing sales orders up to delivery to 3PL/forwarding.
Monthly reporting of order receipts, deliveries, sales and stock levelsYou are a part ofYou will be part of the North America Order Management Team. You will report to the Order Fulfillment Manager for HPMEC, United States. To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the followingBachelor's or Currently Studying Business or Logistics related majors.Basic Knowledge of Supply Chain or Business Administration areas.Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills; fluency in EnglishIntermediate to Advance Proficiency on Windows and Office.Highly Organized, Customer Service Oriented, Attention to DetailsAbility to work independently and optimally with cross-functional and virtual teams.Ability to handle conflicting priorities, deal with pressure, and constant change.In return, we offer youThe unique combination of a critical and challenging role and a creative and empowering office environment.
