**Job Title**: Order Manager

**You are responsible for**
- Accept and validate sales order by checking references and validating relevant information.
- Chase in case un-availability of order is seen and update the order based on provided delivery proposal; where needed select proposed alternatives and update order status
- Create sales orders manually as well as monitor automated created sales orders, supported by various channels (including return flow)
- Solve root causes of non-touchless flow in a quick and efficient way by getting in touch with the right person
- Responsible for the administrative flow of all types of Sales orders from order intake to sales recognition.
- Monthly reporting of order receipts, deliveries, sales and stock levels
- Communication with cross-functional teams (Marketing Sales, Order Processing and Order Management) if assistance is required from quoting process
- Provide assistance and support to OP/OM requests in order to complete the order
- Analyze and complete of new quote requests based on the service level agreement
- Collaborate with the Order Processing department to support on quote updates to make possible order bookings

**You are a part of**

Consists of members of the GBS Supply Chain Organization and directly reports to the Order Management Manager of North America Market.

**To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following**
- High School degree or Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent written, verbal and communication skills, fluency in English
- Customer Service Oriented person
- Self-driven proactive, team player mindset
- Ability to works independently and optimally with cross-functional and virtual teams
- Ability to handle conflicting priorities, deal with pressure, and constant change.
- Together with team members continuously implementing through learn and disciplines.
