**This position reports to**:
Marketing & Sales Manager

**Your role and responsibilities**:
Develop and maintain Electrification effective sales strategy in Central Americ Cluster in order to improve ABB market penetration and realize growth aspirations in the assigned scope. 1. Creates, plans and implements global/regional/local sales strategy and strategic business development initiatives for the Business Area/Division/Product Group. 2.Defines key sales targets and establishes appropriate metrics and measurement tools to monitor performance 3.Identifies and evaluates opportunities with existing and potential new customers on a global/local basis, determines plans for implementation and allocates resources. 4.Builds and maintains strong relationships with key decision makers in customer and potential customer organizations. 5.Supports local sales organizations to ensure achievement of sales volume and product mix targets.

**Qualifications for the role**:

- Education in Engineering or Master business administration.
- Knowledge in ABB Electrification products portfolio
- More than 10 years of experience in related roles
- Experience with multicultural teams
- Fluent English, desirable a third language
