As a Sales Manager, you will drive the sales performance to promote and manage the sales of ports and electrification in Process Automation in Panama City, specifying and implementing effective sales and business-development initiatives in line with global strategy. You will lead and coach the local sales organization to meet ambitious targets and exceed customer expectations.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Create and maintain successful relationships with key customers.
- Sales and marketing management.
- Achievement of established goals.
- Sales strategy support.
- Use and maintenance of the Salesforce platform.
**Your background**:
- Bachelor´s Degree in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering.
- 8 years of experience in sales of medium tension equipment.
- Knowledge in medium and low voltage equipment.
- Experience in reading and analysis of single line diagrams.
- Speaking a third language (French, German, Mandarin or Portuguese) is a plus.
- Experience in construction/infrastructure projects is a plus.
- Availability to travel (50%).
- Fluent English.
- Good communication skills, ability to influence and business skills.
