We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Remote Hotel Reservationist to join our team.
You will focus on booking accommodations and managing room reservations for clients.
If you have excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and a passion for hospitality, we encourage you to apply.

**Responsibilities**: -Handle hotel reservations, including receiving inquiries, making bookings, and confirming room availability.
- Assist guests during check-in and check-out, ensuring a smooth and efficient process while addressing any special requests or concerns.
- Collect payment information, process reservations, and issue invoices or receipts as needed.

- Promote additional services, such as room upgrades, dining options, and spa treatments, to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
- Assist guests with general inquiries, directions, and information about local attractions and services.
- Address and resolve guest issues or concerns related to reservations, billing, or service quality.
