Oversee invoice hold report for discrepancies between vendor invoices and goods receipts. Perform 3-way match and then work with buyers and vendors to reconcile price and/or quantity discrepancies to reduce delay of vendor payment.
Participate in close cycles - monthly, quarterly and annually.
Maintain accurate accounting records and files.
Prepare monthly account reconciliations accordingly.
Develop monthly accruals of expenses, assigning correct account numbers and cost centers, and requesting disbursements.
Prepare monthly Intercompany Settlement reconciliation and wire transfer requests.
Provide support for bi-weekly payroll activities in accordance with the law, as well as inventory AP processing.
Ensure compliance and testing of internal controls for S-Ox compliance for Purchase to Payment cycle.
Assist Accounting Manager and Controller in providing support for annual tax and financial audit by compiling requested information, researching and answering questions and preparing relevant schedules.
Assist Accounting Manager and Controller with monthly financial reporting process and other ad-hoc projects as necessary that require analyzing information, performing research and reporting results

**Requisitos**:
**Years of Related Professional Experience**: 2-5
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) require
In-depth knowledge of math, grammar and general accounting procedures, CPA preferred.
Knowledge of statutory accounting and payroll process.
Accuracy in checking, posting, verifying and calculating - attention to detail.
Use of computer and Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and other accounting database systems.
SAP knowledge
Strong organizational skills, good judgment and decision-making ability are required as well as the capacity to work effectively under deadline pressures and the ability to work well with employees from a wide range of areas
