**In this role, you have the opportunity to make life better**

Your challenge will be to manage & organize the international collections for our customers in order to minimize the outstanding receivables and the day’s sales outstanding.

**You are responsible for**
- Collector specialist for international customers and manage order releasing.
- Organize, execute and develop our collections strategy activities for the accounts receivable process
- Identify and register disputes according to the dispute management process
- Ensure accurate and reliable accounts receivable ledgers.
- Accounting of cash receipt and possible provision, write off.
- Follow up on relevant queries and solving escalations in close cooperation with businesses
- Establishes, implements, and maintains an effective delinquency control and follow-up program for all customer accounts that are late, delinquent, potentially delinquent, or written-off
- Initiate process improvements

The credit & collections team is responsible for cash collections, risk management and credit control activities. The international and diverse team is working close together with the finance directors, sales
- and operations
- teams of all Philips organizations. The credit & collections team is part of the Philips Accounting Operations organization.

**To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following**
- Master Degree, preferable in business economics (desirable)
- Fluent in English (required), French is a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in Accounting and knowledge of legal forms
- Experience in a multinational environment (advantage)
- Commercial business sensitivity
- Eager to achieve excellent results
- Advanced Excel skills is required and SAP (Finance modules) knowledge.
