**As a Talent Rockstar, you will**:

- Contribute to the Selina recruitment/onboarding process for interns and managers
Enhance the onboarding experience for interns and managers
Learn to develop External relations with Universities
Assist the campus recruiters in the forecast of interns for locations and regions
Marketing vacancies via multiple platforms and social media
Work closely with Hiring Managers across the region to understand their needs, supporting them through the recruitment process and managing expectations

**It only takes to be**:

- ** Currently enrolled in the university**:

- ** Be fluent in English and Spanish**:

- ** At least being able to complete 4 months of internship**:

- ** Able to provide a university letter confirming the internship period**:

- ** Ready to learn and have fun, but more importantly to immerse into a brand-new definition of Hospitality.**
