Selina was born out of a desire to celebrate the nomadic lifestyle: to experience our planets most beautiful places, to build community, to engage with locals and fellow travelers, to work and enjoy new adventures.What the role isThe Sales Director, LATAM is responsible for creating and leading the B2B Sales strategy for Selina, supporting all B2B Sales teams to achieve global sales targets and best profit from this revenue stream.What you will be doingCreate, manage, and execute global sales action plan and forecast for the given marketManage, retain, and grow established global customers (transient and groups)Prospect new clients e.g., Tour Operators, Corporates, DMCs, Travel Agencies, M&E Agencies etc.Support new property openings around the world Achieve revenue goals for all revenue streams Corporate and Leisure (transient, groups etc.)Responsibility for all sales activities in the given market and synergies with global locations.Work closely with local sales teams to ensure cohesion and coordination in the sales activitiesOversee the customer experience for fam trips, and educational visits for customersProvide sales performance reports to the leadership on tracking progress against targets, successes, and challenges Ensure proper use of CRM What you need for the roleDegree in Sales /Business AdministrationHospitality Market knowledge and established networkHotel forecasting, budgeting &revenue management understandingEnglish proficiency (other European languages a plus)Minimum 5 years in sales managementTime management, creativity and cultural sensitivity skillsStrong negotiation and relationship management skillsRevenue and Profit OrientedAbility to work independently and creatively to close new sales opportunitiesAbility to work and collaborate in a matrix environmentIntermediate/advanced Excel, PowerPoint skillsSoft skills requiredCommunication SkillsPeople personCreativeEmpatheticStrong leadership skillsEntrepreneurial spiritWhat can you expectCompetitive salaryPerformance bonusNo dress code Pet-friendly (as long as your pet is friendly)Multiple online training opportunitiesCultural events and wellness activities at Locations.
