**Descripción general del puesto**:
Estamos buscando un Traffic Controller, un auténtico Mago del Flujo de Trabajo, altamente organizado y orientado a los detalles para unirse a nuestro dinámico equipo de marketing en nuestra empresa. El Traffic Controller desempeñará un papel esencial en la gestión y optimización del flujo de tareas dentro del equipo de producción interna. Este rol requiere excelentes habilidades de comunicación, coordinación y priorización para garantizar la ejecución sin problemas de proyectos de marketing.

**Responsabilidades clave**:
**Coordinación de tareas:
- Colaborar con gerentes de proyectos, diseñadores, redactores y otros miembros del equipo para comprender los requisitos y plazos del proyecto.
- Asignar tareas a los miembros del equipo adecuados en función de sus habilidades, disponibilidad y plazos del proyecto.
- Asegurarse de que las tareas del proyecto estén claramente definidas, documentadas y comunicadas a los miembros del equipo.

**Gestión del flujo de trabajo:
- Desarrollar y mantener un calendario de producción integral para hacer un seguimiento del progreso de cada proyecto.
- Supervisar el estado de los proyectos e identificar de manera proactiva posibles cuellos de botella o retrasos.
- Realizar ajustes necesarios en los plazos del proyecto y las asignaciones de tareas para optimizar la eficiencia del flujo de trabajo.

**Priorización y gestión de plazos**:

- Evaluar las prioridades del proyecto y asignar recursos en consecuencia para cumplir con los plazos.
- Comunicar cambios en el alcance del proyecto, los plazos o la disponibilidad de recursos a los interesados del proyecto.

**Comunicación y colaboración**:

- Servir como el principal punto de contacto para las consultas y preocupaciones relacionadas con las tareas del equipo de producción.
- Facilitar reuniones regulares del equipo para revisar el estado del proyecto, discutir obstáculos y proporcionar actualizaciones.
- Fomentar un entorno de trabajo colaborativo y positivo promoviendo una comunicación y trabajo en equipo efectivos.

**Control de calidad**:

- Revisar las tareas completadas para garantizar que cumplan con los estándares de calidad y se alineen con los requisitos del proyecto.
- Trabajaren estrecha colaboración con los miembros del equipo para abordar cualquier problema o revisiones necesarias para entregar un trabajo de alta calidad.
- Asegurarse que todos los trabajos que se realicen cumplan con los estándares del libro de marca de la empresa.

**Mejora de procesos**:

- Evaluar y refinar continuamente el proceso de producción para mejorar la eficiencia y la efectividad.
- Identificar oportunidades para la automatización o simplificación de los procesos de gestión de tareas.

**Calificaciones y habilidades**:

- Licenciatura en marketing, comunicaciones, negocios o campo relacionado (preferido )
- Experiência demostrable en coordinación de flujos de trabajo, gestión de proyectos o un rol similar dentro de un entorno de marketing interno.
- Excelentes habilidades organizativas y atención al detalle.
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación, tanto escritas como verbales.
- Proficiencia en software y herramientas de gestión de proyectos.
- Capacidad para adaptarse a prioridades cambiantes y trabajar bajo presión.
- Mentalidad resolutiva con la capacidad de anticipar posibles desafíos y abordarlos de manera proactiva.
- Familiaridad con procesos de marketing, desarrollo creativo y flujos de trabajo de producción.
