Siendo trainee del rea de Nutrition podrs adquirir mayor entendimiento del modelo de negocio de Nestl a travs de rotaciones estratgicas durante 12 meses en las diferentes reas de Nutrition. A day in the life of...* Realizar rotaciones en diferentes reas a nível regional tales como: Ventas (Pharma), Fuerza mdica de campo (Delegados Mdicos), Marketing y Digital.
- Recibir entrenamiento presencial y a travs de e-learnings para desarrollar sus competencias tcnicas, gerenciales y de liderazgo.
- Manejar proyectos relevantes de mejora en el rea y contribuir desde el primer da.
- Manejo de temas comerciales
- Realizar presentaciones de los proyectos y asistir a reuniones de seguimiento. What will make you successful* Recin graduado(a) en Licenciatura en Ingeniera Industrial, Marketing o Administracin (2 aos mximo de su fecha de graduacin).
- Altos estndares acadmicos.
- Manejo avanzado de Microsoft Excel.
- Conocimiento del programa Power BI.
- Conocimientos de Conceptos Digitales de E-business, generacin de demanda.
- Dominio avanzado del idioma ingls (conversacional y escrito).
- Experiência laboral de al menos 1 ao deseable (aplican prcticas profesionales/pasantas) en entornos similares.
- Alta capacidad de adaptacin a entornos cambiantes y multiculturales.
