Profit and loss responsibility for projects that one is managing
- New business generation and existing client development plans
- Directs complex projects and higher-value work, displaying well-developed research skills, knowledge and thought
- Provide long-term strategic insights and recommendations from research data to add real value to the clients
- Demonstrate and lead others to increase Company awareness through internal support, cross-selling and marketing and take a corporate view with new business opportunities and relationships with existing clients
- Be an ambassador and guardian of the brand for Ipsos, displaying appropriate knowledge and behaviors
- Manage client accounts in full ensuring current and future successes in sales, profits and relationships
- Build a network of relationships that enhances the area you work in, Service Line and Company Performance
- Share and ensure others share current trends within research organizations and competitors to develop personal skills / knowledge base and transfer knowledge, skills and expertise through training and coaching
- Lead, inspire and manage team to bring the best out of each talent for current and future roles with Ipsos.

**About the Team**
- The Market Strategy & Understanding (MSU) Service Line performs strategic research to deliver contextual understanding to help clients navigate dynamic markets. Our offer portfolio consists of strategic brand research as well as category & consumer fundamentals. We work with clients to understand the size and composition of a market as well as the segments/profiles/demand spaces therein. We also specialize in brand equity, brand assets, brand stretch and open category opportunities (e.g. whitespace).**About Us

**About the Team
The Innovation Service Line guides clients throughout the innovation journey as they develop and launch new or improved products and services spanning a range of verticals. We help our clients develop the initial idea for a product/service, ensure the fully-articulated description of the product/service resonates with consumers, confirm that prototypes of the product/service properly deliver on consumer expectations, and finetune the full mix prior to launch. This is accomplished using best-in-class services, including idea screening, concept testing, product testing, price and line optimization, package testing and volumetric forecasting.
