¿Te apasiona el sector de consumo masivo y tienes experiência en distribución estratégica? Estamos buscando un **Key Account Representative** para unirte a nuestro equipo en **Panamá**. Este rol es clave para garantizar que nuestros productos estén estratégicamente ubicados en puntos de venta como farmacias, supermercados, tiendas de conveniencia, tiendas de barrio y gasolineras.
**¿Qué harás en este rol?**
- Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias comerciales adaptadas a cada canal y cliente.
- Asegurar níveles óptimos de inventario, evitando faltantes o sobreexistencias.
- Desarrollar y gestionar promociones efectivas en puntos de venta clave.
- Construir relaciones sólidas con distribuidores y liderar equipos comerciales tercerizados.
- Supervisar la rentabilidad y efectividad de las estrategias promocionales.
**Lo que buscamos en ti**:
- **Profesional** en Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Ingeniería Industrial o afines.
- **Experiência** de 3 a 5 años en roles comerciales, idealmente en multinacionales de consumo masivo.
- Inglés avanzado
- Competencias clave: pensamiento analítico, innovación y adaptabilidad.
