What's The Role? To develop and support the of launch Home Connectivity Devices of LLA connectivity roadmap of products, providing LLAs opcos with world-class services in terms of customer experience, cost, and opportunity. What Youll Do Build the definition of Home Connectivity Devices products, functional specification, user experience, service levels and device design. Work with other areas of the business to fully productize the solution.
Coordinate the technical implementation activities of the product and the procurement processes that are needed for new products development. Ensure product meets requirements criteria of all local and LLA stakeholders, as well as quality standards. Manage the Minimum Viable Product definition for launch, and phasing to protect the scope, cost and time to market, in agreement with local product teams. Ensure training and information of the new products are communicated and coordinated with the involved departments.
**Knowledge & Experience Preferred education/ qualifications**: BS, MS in CS or electrical engineering. Knowledge & Experience: 3+ years of demonstrable experience of broadband product development and deployment in the Telco industry. 1+ years of proven experience engaging effectively with and presenting to executive and senior level management. Proven product design and development capability in Connectivity services at a strong technical level.
Ability to mitigate risk and manage uncertainty. Ability to work with technical and business counterparts in multinational environments. Executive communication and presentations. Proven ability to establish and maintain effective internal and external working partnerships at all levels through a collaborative approach.
Demonstrate strong influencing and persuading skills, encourage colleagues and teams to change established processes and achieve improvements and best practice. Timeliness in all actions with quality consciousness towards services received and provided. Results oriented. English and Spanish written and verbal communication skills.
