We’re looking for a Client Account Manager to:
- Ensure superior client experience through providing excellent administrative and organizational support in all client related processes.
- Be the point of contact for optimal support and service delivery in processing client orders and dealing with client queries.
- Assist in the handling and resolution of compliance and document related matters.
- Prepare client visits and business trips and actively assist in the follow-up action.
- Follow and adhere to the UBS code of ethics and the cross-border regulations.
**Your team**
You will work in the Advisory Office located in Panama. You’ll be working in the WM LatAm team for the Dominican Republic Market. You’ll be part of the client coverage team and closely collaborate with client advisors and investment advisors. Our combined efforts help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients, through strong partnership at every stage of their journey.
**Your expertise**
- financial services experience, ideally within a client facing team or other relevant commercial experience within the financial services industry
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent financial qualifications
- fluent English (writing, speaking, listening)
- basic knowledge of financial products and solutions like deposit, banking, brokerage, custody, investment and credit products
- able to utilize tools and resources to service clients as efficiently as possible
- expertise on handling account opening forms
- sound judgement and problem-solving skills with a proactive style that delivers timely results
