**You are responsible for**

You will be responsible to make sure the network and its related services are highly available. Partners are delivering as agreed.
- Working with the technology team, you will make sure the new services are transitioned to operations seamlessly while appreciating the documentation and necessary hyper care
- Leading service in operations while tracking it from strategy to deployment
- Providing necessary inputs during the conceptual phase of the service/technology from an operations perspective
- Lead on the creation, implementation, and monitoring of an effective Governance & quality assurance framework.
- Perform analysis and diagnosis of highly complex networking problems by working with Partners
- Effective communication and stakeholder management during sustenance and crisis
- Act as technical operations expert with other team members, as well as with other worldwide teams
- Work with partners by building simulated networks to resolve problems and compatibility issues, and perform an analysis of network designs
- Provide improvement opportunities and recommendations that enhance performance and delivery
- Keep up to date with the latest technology, to provide high-quality support in current and future network services
- Continually improve the service for betterment, ease of operation, fulfilling the business need

**To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following**
- At least four years of an undergraduate degree with strong success in math, engineering or other relevant IT areas
- 8-10 Years of related experience in routing, switching, wireless, security
- Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) certification (or equivalent level) in one of the above technologies is highly preferred
- Knowledge of software-defined network Software Defined Access, SDWAN is highly desirable
- Flair and willingness to learn software skills and frameworks
- Advanced English (written and spoken)
