**DESCRIPCIÓN DEL CARGO**:
Gerenciamiento de un territorio con alto grado de complejidad, donde existen cuentas de alto valor y requieren un manejo sofisticado, ejecuta con excelencia todas las tareas comerciales y contribuye en forma significativa a lograr las metas financieras de la unidad de negocios a través del desarrollo y ejecución de planes comerciales. Este rol es referencia para representar a la empresa dentro y fuera del territorio y con asociaciones de la industria relacionadas con la(s) especies correspondientes. Ofrece un apoyo comercial y técnico para el seguimiento del uso de los productos de Elanco, para aspectos básicos directamente o para mayor complejidad con el apoyo de terceros (TC, Consultores externos, Técnicos Regionales o Globales).

**FUNCIONES, OBLIGACIONES, ACTIVIDADES**
- Capacidad de influencia en la Unidad de Negocio y de la estrategia de la especie.
- Dedicación y excelencia haciendo coaching
- Guiar, apoyar y supervisar al equipo comercial en el seguimiento y ejecución de las tareas administrativas del negocio.
- Preparacion y seguimiento del Forecast de ventas por cliente y producto.
- Enfoque en la mejora de procesos internos, dando las mejores opciones ante las necesidades de los clientes.
- Ejecucion de la estrategia de precios y programas promocionales.
- Conectar y establecer relaciones de confianza con los clientes y capacidad de influencia en todos los níveles de la organización de los clientes para impactar en forma positiva su experiência.
- Comunicarse efectivamente con las diferentes áreas del negocio (Comercial, Técnica, Mercadeo, Operaciones) para influir en la mejora de procesos internos.
- Desarrollo, implementación, seguimiento y entrega de resultados del plan anual del territorio/área, ejecutando y aplicando con excelencia el proceso de ventas establecido por la compañía (Customer Value Selling o CVS).
- Dominar aspectos técnicos y conocimiento del territorio: características, ventajas y beneficios de todos los productos de la especie, demostrando con eficiencia las diferencias de los productos de Elanco versus los competidores y aprovechar los programas/plataformas de Elanco para agregar valor al cliente y mejorar la lealtad (EKS, PVM, FVP, CAD, etc).
- Preparación del presupuesto de ventas por cliente para el territorio y capacidad de presentar con efectividad con audiencias internas/ externas
- Elaboración de todas las tareas administrativas relacionadas con el rol y asistencia a capacitaciones (Cursos en línea, preparación y envío a tiempo de las cuentas de gastos correspondientes, etc).
- Dominio de herramientas de productividad (Field Managemet, Elanco Connect), plataformas y estrategia de la especie.

**CALIFICACIONES MÍNIMAS (EDUCACIÓN, EXPERIENCIA Y/O ENTRENAMIENTO, CERTIFICACIONES REQUERIDAS)**:

- Inglés 80%

Zootecnista, Médico Veterinario, Administrador Agropecuario, MVZ, Agrónomo o carreras administrativas con experiência en el sector salud.
- 7 años de experiência en ventas y afines (servicios, mercadeo, ideal manejo de canales de distribución y conocimiento de los procesos de ventas relacionados con cliente consumidor.
