**Responsabilidades y atribuciones** Responsabilidades y atribuciones**:

- Realizar, validar y dar seguimiento a la implementación de Service Now para el proceso operativo de telecomunicaciones y TI.
- Diseñar y mitigar el impacto de la solución para la adopción de los demás países a la solución centralizada.
- Gestión de catálogos de servicios y grupos de resolución mediante la modificación de flujos de trabajo, el diseño de datos obligatorios y la distribución de grupos de trabajo.
- Configurar y diseñar informes de servicio y métricas de rendimiento operativo. Mantener el diseño de topología e integración de SAM, HAM y CMDB.
- Realización de seguimiento de la implementación de HP MoM para la gestión de eventos y rendimiento. Definición, creación y mantenimiento de reglas de correlación de eventos e integración automática de fallas e incidentes para abrir, actualizar y cerrar tickets.
- Operación, Mantenimiento y Soporte de los Servicios NOW y MoM, y los flujos desarrollados en los mismos.
- Gestión del Soporte contratado con el proveedor, seguimiento de casos y problemas con las herramientas hasta su solución de raíz.
- Transferencia del conocimiento adquirido a las personas del equipo con responsabilidad de Operación, Mantenimiento y Soporte de dichas plataformas

- Manejo y conocimiento de plataformas de monitoreo
- Soluciones de Telecomunicaciones y Tecnología.
- Conocimientos en Java Script, XML, Linux, Oracle, SQL
- Dominio de Microsoft Excel Avanzado.
- Dominio de herramientas Microsoft (Word, Power Point, Project)
- Conocimiento en Java y sus frameworks spring, spring boot, JPA, etc.
- Conocimiento de Python
- conocimientos en chatbots(deseable)
- conocimientos en base de datos como SQL.
- Conocimientos de machine learning y RPA
