As aGlobal Change Management Consultant, you will beresponsible for managing the people side of change in particular key projects, by providing a framework that enables individuals to adopt new values, tools, skills, and behaviors aligned to the critical Dell Technologies marketing transformation projects. You will work directly with leaders from multiple organization across the company on driving the necessary transformation through communication, training, workshops and enabling activities, and being instrumental in charting paths to successful business outcomes.You will: Work cross-functionally, understanding the companys key strategic goals and how they ladder to specific transformation projects.Negotiate with Marketing leaders to define Change Management Projects sizing, mapping key stakeholders, setting milestonesDevelop the Change Management plan, inclusive of engagement, communications, training, and resistance plans to Accelerate successful adoption of changeDrive alignment about project Risk and Business Impact assessments, and project KPIs, presenting key findings and make recommendations to executivesAssess organizational readiness and timing to implement change initiatives by running stakeholders interviews, surveys, and workshops as appropriateTake the first step towards your dream careerEvery Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Heres what we are looking for with this role: Essential RequirementsLarge experiencie Exhibit proactive leadership in Marketing, comfortable with ambiguity, managing strategic projects in a matrixed organization and bringing a sense of urgency and accountability.Proven track record of successfully leading high-impact initiatives across global organizationsDeftly work across multiple teams and orgs both inside and outside of Marketing, building strong relationships and leveraging the Change Management Support teamHave excellent executive communication skills and is comfortable translating complicated projects into simple, clear initiatives with actionable insights and recommendationsExhibit proactive leadership, and strong project management skillsDesirable RequirementsProject management or Change management experience and certification highly preferredEnablement, trainings and Workshops Implementations across multiple teams and organizationsHeres our story; now tell us yoursDell Technologies helps organizations and individuals build a brighter digital tomorrow.
