**Internship Overview**

Administrative Support for Certification of Raw Ingredients and Finished Products plays a crucial role in ensuring that our company's raw ingredients and finished products meet the required certification standards. This position provides essential administrative assistance to the Quality Assurance team, facilitating the certification process and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies

**Key Respnsibilities**:
1. **Documentation Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of raw ingredient and finished product certifications.
- Organize and file all relevant documentation, including certificates of analysis (CoA), certificates of compliance (CoC), and other related records.
- Ensure the efficient retrieval of certification documents when required for audits or quality assessments.

2. **Certification Coordination**:

- Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain necessary certification documents for raw ingredients and finished products.
- Monitor certification expiration dates and initiate renewal processes as required.

3. **Data Entry and Reporting**:

- Enter certification data into the company's database or Quality Management System (QMS).
- Generate reports summarizing the status of certifications, including expiration dates and compliance issues.

4. **Communication**:

- Maintain open and effective communication with internal departments, suppliers, and certification agencies.
- Respond to inquiries regarding certification status and documentation promptly and professionally.
- Distribute certification documents to relevant stakeholders, as necessary.

5. **Compliance and Documentation Updates**:

- Update internal documentation, procedures, and checklists to align with changing standards.
- Assist in implementing process improvements to streamline certification procedures.

**Qualifications** Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in administrative support or quality assurance roles is an advantage.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and certification processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management software.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
