** Your Role**: This position will be responsible for developing the volumes and gross profit for sea logistics business through cooperation and support of commercial and operational teams. This person will oversee defining the strategy for her/his trade. Her/His constant closeness with sales and customer care management will provide concrete actions to achieve better results for the company.
** Your Responsibilities**:

- Implement sea logistics strategies. Quote when requested.
- Management and development of the routes, building and maintaining relationships with business partners for all trades
- Cooperation with all levels of the organization on key perspectives within individual lines
- Conduct visits trough the team for clients and supporting them by providing knowledge and market experience
- Participation in negotiations with subcontractors carrying out orders for Kuehne+Nagel
- Gathering and distributing relevant market information to key stakeholders within ocean freight operations and sales organization
- Conduct business in a sustainable manner in order to contribute to Kuehne+Nagel’s profit and ESG
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements related to freight logistics, including customs regulations, import/export requirements, and environmental regulations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings in operations and implement necessary changes
- Drive sales + key account managers in developing FCL opportunities, regularly joining sales calls.
- Support pricing desk functions.

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Logistics, or related fields.
- +3 years of experience with Trade Lane Management.
- Previous experience with support pricing desk functions.
- Advanced English.
